I noticed neither had your name…won’t be buying any of the apps you developed in the past from other devs.

And post up how the C&D order goes down…could curtail any future theft.

“Voice Notes” is a fairly generic/descriptive name for a program that takes voice notes. I sympathize with you, but I’m afraid you don’t have much of a trademark case.

It may be generic, but I have prior art plus a year’s headstart on the iPhone. I just want them to rename it, that’s all.

Is this the end of Voice Notes for 2.0? Please say it ain’t so. I have found your Voice Notes program to be immensely helpful. I had to interview several people working in a team. Afterward, my colleagues asked if they could have the recordings, as one was going to transcribe the recordings. I could easily send them to email and the integration was superb. Now I’m on 2.0 and I’m missing this amazing tool.

I’m a big fan of your software. I have recently upgraded from version 1.1.3 to 3.0 on my current 2G iPhone.

As a result, i lost my sound files!! … is it possible to retrieve somehow?!
