An updated of AppFlow is available now in the Applications folder. If I did this correctly, the executable already is signed and you should be able to drop it into /Applications on your iPhone, respring and go on your way. Let me know how it works.

Minor bug fixes plus recAudio audio recorder. For some reason, I could not play my recordings back from /var/root but if I moved them into /var/mobile they played back fine. Recordings are automatically timestamped. Also added itmsSearch, command line iTunes store search and appSearch for the App Store. All the new items are now back in the Erica Utilities 2.0 folder.

For those of you devs who want to create ad hoc distributions or for users who need to send unit identifiers to apps, download this free app. Just tap on the icon. It will create an email with the relevant info. Address it, tap “send” and you’re good to go.
